Ø Official check-in is at 4:00 PM, and early check-in is subject to hotel availability.

Ø Check-out is no later than 12:00 PM, with some exceptions for some hotels, and is until 2:00 PM.

Ø Free meals for children under 6 years of age, with a maximum of two children per room.

Ø Your reservation will be confirmed according to the details provided in the confirmation email sent to you. Please ensure the check-in date, number of nights, number of rooms, and the reservation holder's name are correct before transferring the reservation amount.

Ø In some cases, a security deposit is required at the hotel reception, which is refundable upon departure.

Ø Reservations will be cancelled if the transfer is not made within 20 minutes of sending these emails.

Ø Confirmed reservations are non-refundable and non-cancellable.

Ø For triple or quadruple rooms, extra beds will be placed in the same double room.

Ø Parking is not included in the hotel reservation, and additional fees will apply.

Ø Rooms in all hotels are standard two-bed configurations.

If a double bed is requested, it will be subject to availability upon arrival.

Ø For connecting rooms or rooms with a door, a recommendation will be sent to the hotel. This is non-binding, as it is subject to hotel availability.

Cancellation Policy:

No cancellations or modifications will be accepted after the reservation is confirmed.

No-show Policy:

Full payment will be charged in the event of a no-show.
